4. In case of qualification, partnership documents be sent.
5. Prospect must send a complete evaluation of the market.
6. After market and prospect approval, a marketing plan is designed and a dateline for initiation is determined.
7. Contract.
8. Follow-up.

Requirements: a) Be a legally constituted company.
b) Send documents and information required.
c) Know your market.
d) Basic infrastructure to operate: Office, personnel and storage.
e) Distribution equipment.
f) Enough capital to invest and grow.
